How does the “Cosmedicine Instant Wrinkle Write Off Line Filler Pen” works?

i wanna buy this for mothers day.. does this thing fill the wrinkles or is like a make up that will cover it??
how it works?

It is a light diffusing pen with a ‘filler’ that temporarily fills in the wrinkle lines. The light diffusers trick the eye by bouncing light away from the affected area.
It only lasts a few hours and needs to be re applied, then is removed completely when cleanser is used at the end of the day.
There are many different brands of these pens but I’ve watched the video and it seems as good as any other.
