What really gives away someone's age?

I have seen women in their forties that have no wrinkles (thanks to fillers and botox), but you can still guess their age very accurately. I know our society is obsessed with wrinkles, but what reveals someones age? Loss of fullness in certain areas of the face? If so, what areas?

I AM FORTY AND I HAVE CHILDREN WHO ARE UNFORTUNATELY VERY HONEST WHO SAY I LOOK LIKE I AM IN MY MID 20S I HAVE HEALTHY SKIN I GUESS. I DONT USE BOTOX OR FILLERS. USUALLY THE LOWER CHEEKS GIVE IT AWAY. THEY SAG MORE AT THE BOTTOM. ALSO PARTS OF THE BODY, THE PARTS THAT GRAVITY TAKES OVER. HANDS SHOW IT ALSO. YOU START TO SEE THE VEINS MORE IN THE HANDS AND FEET. ALSO IT DEPENDS IF THEY ARE CRUNCHED OVER MORE. THE OLDER
YOU GET THE MORE YOU CRUNCH OVER.

I think the loss of having fun is what gives away someones age.

    Forgetting to forget responsibilities.

But physically, it could be that they’re trying too hard to look young.

Cheeks that dont move, for example.

Eyes that dont even crinkle when they smile.

Its sad how people are so ashamed of their age.
How ashamed they are of letting people know how long they’ve survived on earth.

Facial features. Even with botox and face lifts, a 60 year old woman looks 60 years old. There’s a peculiar way in which the face evolves and its features combine.

That means you’re around 10 years old, J Dog. As I know a 15 year old with a 12 year olds voice. Your logic sucks, J.
