Regretting monroe piercings; Is there ever any way to completely get rid of the scar if I have to take it out?

Okay, so. Tuesday I got my monroes done. (Angel bites.)
And I absolutely LOVE them. I don’t WANT to take them out, but I might for like jobs.
(example: I act at a local theater and I know they won’t let me audition if I have these in.)

Right now, my upper lip is so swollen. (This is normal?) It’s to the point where the bottom is almost in my lip all the way and it burns. They ball on the top(the part you see) is now starting to dip in my skin.
I’ve heard this is normal the first like week or so.
I’ve been looking into side effects and I see:
Terrible scarring and tooth enamel and gum wear.

Did I just make the biggest mistake of my life?
Please don’t forget, I LOVE this piercings in my face. I don’t really want to HAVE to take them out.

Question #1: I’m aware that everyone’s skin is different, and they MAY or may NOT scar.
If the scar I get from these angel bites is just a minor darker/lighter mark, I’ll use Mederma or Bio Oil to get rid of it in time. What I’m really worried about, is an indentation in my skin. I don’t want there to be a huge hole in my face. I’m aware I MIGHT get one. My skin on my face doesn’t ever scar though. So I’m not sure. If I do ever take them out, and I’m unhappy with the marks left behind, what are some cosmetic things I can do to fill the hole in, and look normal?
I’ve thought that MAYBE you could go to a plastic surgery place and get it filled in my collagen?
Or something? Microdermabrasion? Some kind of filler? PLEASE HELP. (If my nose piercing also leaves a hole, which it didn’t last time I pierced it, can I do the same thing to this?)

Question #2: I’ve also read that it caused a TON of damage to your teeth enamel and gums.
I’ve spent so much money to make my teeth perfect. I don’t want any damage.
Right now, my angel bites are healing. And I can’t change the pole to a smaller one for another week or so. (Even though, at the moment, I really need a longer one. Lol.)
Blah blah, everyone’s different, and I’ve heard some people do or don’t have any damage at all.
So, when it’s healed up enough to change it, should I make the pole smaller so it doesn’t touch my teeth/gums? And what about making the back of the piercing a plastic one? Right now, it’s a flat back.
I’ve heard those are bad. Chipped teeth and wear. Would a piercer know what I mean when I say I’d like a plastic back? I’ve heard those don’t cause any damage at all.

To help me out, I’d love to see some before and after pictures.
Maybe a story about you piercings and what happened? I’m actually only 14, and I love my face.
But I also love the piercings. Please, please, PLEASE help me out.
I’m getting really scared.

P.S. I’d like to keep them in for a few years. I paid a LOT for these, and I don’t want to lose them early.
