What is going on?
Every year Americans spend billions of dollars on vanity products and procedures. Of course it is a wise idea to be healthy, but some of the other things that are going on are either a fad or a fact. In the ’50;s the makeup of choice was some lipstick and powder. In the ’60′s Coppertone came out with QT. Yes you would get that Quick tan but at what cost? It would turn your hands orange and had to be perfectly applied or you would have orange splotches all over your body. Today a fake tan is part of many peoples’ regimen. I have found more products that are not household words and yet they raised my curiosity. I’ll let you decide what is going on.
Rodial is a company that manufactures any kind of balm you could think of. From boob lifts, bum lifts for cellulite control, tummy tuck tightening, this seems like a miracle for all consumers that are in dire need of aftercare of cosmetic surgery. They also make or sell a product called Snake Serum. Snake Serum (or venom which it is often referred,) is not dangerous when ingested, so it is not clinically poisonous or harmless to humans. It is a combination of two snakes venom and many different proteins and enzymes that may or may not have toxins. Rodial Glamoxy Snake Serum has attracted much attention and has made great progress. It is referred to as a face lift in a bottle. This product retails for $160.00 and the prep cream retails for $144.99
The next product is Carac cream. It is used for a condition of skin growths, usually on the face and front part of the scalp, caused by exposure to sunlight. It gets great reviews but the only bad thing about it is the recovery effects. It draws the dark sopts out of the skin, forming scabs, that ultimately fall off. Some users find the healing process of thick scabs and skin erosion, along with painful side effects of burning, itching, inflamation and edema, make this treatment intolerable. It is a topical treatment, and the cream comes in a 30 gram tube retailing a $209.77
On the other hand, if you are fishing for a product that fades age spots while you are asleep, look no further. That product is Actifade. The system has two different products. Their claim to fame is Precision Youth Complex, Opulent Youth Complex and Radiant Youth Complex all retailing for $69.95. Part of the system is color matching consealers starting at $29.95.

If you don’t have any to begin with, why pay the price for it? At least wait until you are my age to give it a try. The 3ml bottle retails for $29.17 and the day skin treatment is the same. The only problem is, you can not find it any where. I’ve hunted and hunted on the internet and when I tried to add it to my cart, it stated “Product Temporarily Unavailable”.

The hottest new products to get our attention are over-the-counter creams for removing wrinkles that contain a group of amino acids called, what else, pentapeptides. They work by renewing the skin’s outermost layers, thus revealing a smoother, younger looking skin. Olay Regenerist is one of these over-the-counter products. I can vouch of Olay Regenerist. That is my product of choice. All the big name brands carry them, such as Neutrogenia, L’oreal, including the store’s generice names are on board.
Facial Wrinkles-Restylane says they are the world’s #1 face filler. Let’s not forget Botox. Botox is a dermal filler which is injected into the areas that need it. I was surprised to find out that dentists are now providing the service. Why not? Dentist’s are very hany with their novacane shots. They give more injections in the facial area than any other doctor. Doctors are now offering 0% financing to draw interested patients. Sonoforeza is an ultrasonic face peel. No Marks Cream or No Marks Magic has an essence of aloevera. It is used for blemishes and scars. This particular product gets good ratings.
There are so many products out there including stretch mark removal creams, skin lightening cream, teeth bleaching and on and on. It shows what a woman and some men will go through to look young. Youth is how you feel about yourself and being young is in your heart. Although, I do indulge once in awhile to make myself feel bettter.
