Neither, it always looks fake and too taught. Botox is injecting botchulism – a virus, which if you catch from food, air etc. can be fatal or cause paralysis. Juvederm is a filler made of Hyaluronic acid which is naturally found in skin cells. Its temoporary like Botox and has to be redone. It is FDA approved. Unlike botox which recently got a black label warning because of the risk severity of adverse effects of botox when the toxin spreads beyond the injection site.
Personally I wouldnt get either, but if youre heart set on it get Juvederm. Its a synthetic version of something naturally found in your body, and it has less risks than botox. I dont know why anyone would voluntarily inject themselves with a virus that in any other circumstances (and even rarely, but occasionally in cosmetic injections) can kill you. Botox can cause life threatening illnesses and the person usually doesnt even know about it until its too late.

lip plumpers are just weird though… i wouldn’t suggest it; it might make your lips look wrong for your face so be careful
