No, not yet. Tons of over the counter brands claim to do it but none have been proven to make a difference or to stimulate collagen enough to fill hollow areas or remove grooves. Only injectable fillers will do the job of plumping up troughs or lines. Or stretching the skin with an eye lift of some sort depending on the problem.
For what it’s worth there are many fillers other than Restylane for use on the face. Look into Sculptra, Juvederm, Radiesse, fat grafting, etc. Some last longer than others, some are better for certain areas, some are cheaper.
