How did you prep your skin for your wedding? Botox alternatives?

30 years old… I have laugh lines… well I don’t even know what to call them…. they’re not really visible when I’m not smiling but when I do… It’s visibile and I’m sure it’ll bother me for pictures. :(

I don’t want to do botox… what are the alternatives?

    The best time to sleep to get a healthy skin is from 10 pm to 6 am.. Try to drink a lot of water in the morning , during the day and less at night!! one month before the ur wedding u should get a facial at least of 5 sessions to take care of any problems u have!! When u go to any spa , u could ask them what bride packages do they have!! they can see ur skin and tell u what u need.. If u have problem sleeping at night, try to drink a warm cup of milk with a tsp of honey, stay away from fruit juices and coffee cuz they will keep u alert..
    get a good massage to relax ur muscles and try to do drink the warm milk and hopefully u will b able to go to sleep.. when u r thinking a lot and tensed ur muscled r stressed out , that’s y u cant sleep .. so try to relax
